Exhibiting at Terahertz Wave/Resonant Tunneling Diode (RTD) Symposium

ROHM Co., Ltd. will host the “Terahertz Wave/Resonant Tunneling Diode (RTD) Symposium.”
Terahertz waves are expected to be applied in a wide range of fields, including non destructive inspection, medical and healthcare diagnostics, and high precision sensing technologies. ROHM Co., Ltd. began providing samples of its RTD devices in 2024.
At this symposium, a keynote address will be delivered by Professor Safumi Suzuki of Institute of Science Tokyo, a leading authority in RTD research. ROHM Co., Ltd. will also present its research initiatives and efforts toward the social implementation of terahertz-wave technologies, as well as the features of RTD devices, recent development trends, and future business prospects. In addition, seven co-creation partners will participate in exhibitions and short presentations.
As one of the co creation partners, Enplas will introduce the performance and applications of Enplas Lens Antenna implemented with RTD devices.
Enplas Lens Antenna is a compact product compatible with the 60–300 GHz band and can be widely utilized for high frequency wireless communication and sensing applications.
