ROHM Co., Ltd. began providing samples of its RTD devices in 2024.<br \/>At this symposium, a keynote address will be delivered by Professor Safumi Suzuki of Institute of Science Tokyo, a leading authority in RTD research. ROHM Co., Ltd. will also present its research initiatives and efforts toward the social implementation of terahertz-wave technologies, as well as the features of RTD devices, recent development trends, and future business prospects.
