Training is participatory and geared toward having employees personalize compliance in their own work. This includes presenting cases of noncompliance that have actually happened in the Group and comparing their causal factors and issues with the Corporate Philosophy, as well as examining compliance problems gathering public attention and considering the impacts they could have if they were to happen in the Enplas Group.<br \/>\nAnd FY2024, training was provided on \u201cCompliance with contractual procedures\u201d.<br \/>\u25a0Compliance inspections<br \/>\n<br \/> We conduct a compliance inspection of all business sites once a year.  The inspection confirms the items to be compiled as a global company, including the existence of bribery, discrimination, and human rights violations; leakage or misuse of personal information and trade secrets; and consideration of culture and customs of each country.<br \/>\n<br \/>\u25a0Whistleblowing system<br \/>\n<br \/> A third-party organization serves as a contact point for internal reports of harassment-related issues, while the legal department serves as the contact point for all other internal whistleblowing. These mechanisms are designed to prevent retaliation against reporters, and to keep persons involved in the case from taking part in the investigation process. No report was made in FY2024\n<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong> Human rights policy<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/> Guiding Principles on Human Rights (e.g., prohibition of forced labor, child labor, and harassment) are set forth in our <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\" https:\/\/www.enplas.co.jp\/english\/code_of_conduct\/\">Enplas Group Code of Conduct.<\/a><\/span><br \/>\nEnplas (Europe) Limited discloses information on efforts made based on its UK Modern Slavery Act Statement. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"arrow-03\" href=\"https:\/\/www.enplas.co.jp\/en\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/20260325UK-Modern-Slavery-Act-Statement_e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> Information disclosure based on UK Modern Slavery Act Statement<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"arrow-03\" href=\" https:\/\/www.enplas.co.jp\/english\/code_of_conduct\/\">Enplas Group Code of Conduct, Guiding Principles<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong> Human rights of our employees<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/> Our Guiding Principles express our commitment to &#8220;strive to maintain positive and healthy work environments that prioritize human safety and wellbeing in all areas of our operations&#8221; and that &#8220;all actions that constitute sexual harassment, power harassment, and maternity harassment are prohibited.&#8221; We also conduct compliance training and operate whistleblowing system. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong> Human rights in the supply chain<\/strong><br \/>\n<br \/> We conduct supplier audits on a periodic basis.
