We are announcing that we will change part of our organization and directors in charge as of September 1, 2002, as shown below:

[ 1 ] Organizational Change
We will establish the New Business Development Division anew. We will establish a New PAGE Project in the Optical Device Business Division.

[ 2 ] Personnel Change
The following directors will be in charge of the new departments:

Mr. Kazuhiko Esaki, Managing Director of Enplas, will be appointed Director of the New Business Development Division anew while keeping his current position as Managing Director in charge of Production, Material and Subcontractors and in charge of Liquid Crystal Related Business Division.

Mr. Takao Arashida, Director and Corporate Officer of Enplas, will be appointed New PAGE Project Leader while keeping his current position as Director and Corporate Officer, Director of the Optical Device Business Division, and General Manager of Optical Device Business Department.
