Enplas provides high-function plastic gears to a variety of markets.
Mold design technology
An original, customized CAD/CAM allows a reduction of designing time.
Mold manufacturing technology
Utilizing state-of-the-art NC milling cutters, machining centers and wire electric discharge machines, we machine micron-level high-precision mold inserts for mold dies.
Molding technology
Based on abundant experience and knowledge with molding, we have developed an automated control system covering process from molding to collecting molded parts. This ensures the assured quality of our products.
