to make possible production of a whole new realm of products
previously thought to be impossible with plastics.
The world's first successfully mass-produced plastic
impeller for turbochargers. Our unique mold process technology
and molding technology have enabled it to develop complicated
impeller vane configuration which had been considered
impossible to manufacture using conventional plastic
injection molding technology.
Plastic carburetor floats are another "world first" developed
by Enplas.
The project started with the selection of ideal materials
and ended in the establishment of an original technology
for mass production that includes the welding process.
Enplas is now able to design the float's shape and buoyancy
in accordance with specifications and tailor it to the
customer's carburetor design, making it possible for us
to deliver optimal floats for various carburetors. |
